The ACEN Nigerian Chapter in collaboration with the Lagos State Government organised the first ever African Hotspot event from 26th to 27th of July 2023 at the Lagos Continental Hotel Victoria Island. The Nigeria chapter’s pivotal role in the actualization of the Lagos Circular Economy Hotspot (LCEH) 2023 underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration, policy advocacy, capacity building, and innovation in advancing the circular economy agenda and empowering Lagos state to transition towards a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient circular economy model.
